The Cambridge Cares program works together with local churches to enhance community relations. For every family from a participating church that joins our practice as new patients, we make a donation back to that church! This program aids fundraising efforts, and there is no limit to the number of donations the church can receive.
Our goal for this program is to make high quality treatment available while also helping to give back to participating church communities. We have reached out to many of the of the local-area churches with this wonderful opportunity.
